This super cool toy measures around 44 centimeters in length and is made from handcrafted, multi colored felt-balls. Kids just love it!

100% handmade from locally sourced wool that is sheared by a woman shepherdess. So in addition to generating income for the folks at Ma'an Lil Hayyat who make the felt, this project also generates income for the shepherdess' family.

Each caterpillar is unique with different colors in some variations in the size of handmade balls but they will all come with a green face.

Ma’an Lil Hayyat is a wonderful initiative for people with disabilities. Located in a historic house in the heart of the old city of Bethlehem, this project buys wool from a woman (who has put her kids through college on this income!) and processes it by hand into felt. Members of this initiative come to socialize and work in a supportive and fun environment, creating beautiful pieces from wool they make.
